Social Integration (Arraigo)
If you are a Foreigner and you have surpassed the allowed stayed permit and you are near the 3 years time since your first entry and Town hall registration, you are eligible to file for Arraigo Social.
Thus sorting out your legal status in Spanish territory. It can be obtained either by proving funds or a formal employment offer.
A social inclusion report issued by the Town hall social worker will be needed.
The response timeframes are 3 months from the day all documents are submitted.
